Job Description

The Sales Head will be responsible for overseeing the full commercial performance of the Hong Kong market, managing a local team while partnering closely with a key distributor to drive revenue growth and operational excellence. This role requires strong ownership of distributor relationships, ensuring alignment on strategy, forecasting, and in-market execution, particularly across established retail channels such as leading electronics chains. You will also play a critical role in optimizing product assortment and merchandising strategy to ensure market relevance and maximize sell-through. Working closely with regional stakeholders, the role will involve frequent collaboration to align on business priorities, performance metrics, and long-term growth plans, while taking a hands-on approach to improving team capability and retail execution.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate is a commercially astute sales leader with proven experience in the consumer electronics industry, bringing a strong track record of managing distributor models and key retail partnerships in Hong Kong.
