Job Description

As a Sales Director, your main responsibilities will include:

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify, propose, and win new business opportunities
  • Develop relationships with new and existing clients
  • Promote brand and differentiate from competitors
  • Meet quarterly revenue and profit targets



Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and service delivery
  • Handle all account-related issues with ownership



Sales Operations & Execution

  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting
  • Track account metrics and forecast performance
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver contracts on time
  • Provide updates to internal and external stakeholders

A successful Sales Director should have:
