Job Description

As a Sales Account Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Identify, propose, and secure new business opportunities while managing relationships with existing customers.
  • Achieve quarterly revenue and profit margin targets by driving consistent sales performance.
  • Provide prompt, professional advice and support to customers throughout all stages of engagement.
  • Maintain an accurate and updated sales pipeline, ensuring all opportunities are properly tracked and reported.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure smooth and timely rollout of new contracts.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and stakeholders to ensure delivery aligns with customer goals.
  • Communicate progress on monthly and quarterly initiatives while forecasting and tracking key account metrics.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Account Manager should have:

  • Holds a Bachelar's degree in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification, with an IT‑related degree considered an advantage.
  • Brings at least five years of experience in the IT infrastructure industry, hardware, ideally with a reseller or OEM background.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and rapport‑building abilities across all levels of stakeholders.
  • Possesses strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Is highly self‑motivated, proactive, and capable of solving problems efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Shows a positive, results‑driven attitude and works well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrates strong negotiation skills, persuasive communication style, and the capacity to nurture long‑term customer relationships.
