Job Description

As a Leasing Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing leasing strategies to achieve business goals and maximise rental income.
  • Managing tenant relationships and addressing any leasing-related concerns effectively.
  • Negotiating lease agreements and renewals to ensure mutual satisfaction for both the company and tenants.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Collaborating with property management teams to maintain high standards of property operations.
  • Preparing leasing reports and presenting performance updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance with local property regulations and company policies.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Leasing Manager should have:

  • 8+ years in retail leasing industry.
  • Proven experience in negotiating and managing lease agreements.
  • Knowledge of Hong Kong's property market and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building tenant relationships.
  • Ability to analyse market trends and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
