This position is a Senior Associate specialising in remittance within the an international corporate banking, mainly focus in review inward/ outward remittance and reconciliation for clients. They are currently looking for a Remittance Associate Officer to handle inward/ outward remittance and reconciliation for payment operation.
  • Exposure in inward/ outward remittance for corporate clients
  • Candiate with 8+ years of working experience in remittance are welcomed!

Our client is on of the top-tier global financial institution, ranked 14th worldwide by total assets, delivering comprehensive banking solutions to corporate and institutional clients across international markets. They are currently looking for a Remittance Associate Officer to handle inward/ outward remittance and reconciliation for payment operation.

Job Description

  • Processing and verifying remittance transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitoring and reconciling daily remittance operations.
  • Providing support to clients and resolving queries related to remittance services.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction flow.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks in remittance processes.
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports and documentation as required.
  • Continuously improving operational procedures to enhance service quality.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree holder of business administration or relevant discipline
  • At least 8 years of working experience in remittance field
  • Experience from Japan banking or FI group is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, technical skills with clear and logical manner
  • Work collaboratively with team member
  • Strong quick learning ability to understand policies, procedures, systems, process and controls
  • Excellent of written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
