Job Description

As an IT Transformation Manager (Finance Systems), your main responsibilities will include:

  • Serve as the APAC subject matter expert for finance processes, systems, integrations, and data flows across firmwide platforms.
  • Partner with global Finance and Technology teams to ensure regional requirements are incorporated into strategic initiatives.
  • Gather and document business requirements, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Champion AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve efficiency, controls, and user experience.
  • Design, build, and support automation and workflow solutions using Power Platform and other low-code/no-code technologies.
  • Develop scripts, reports, integrations, and data solutions using tools such as Python, SQL, and VBA where appropriate.
  • Lead UAT activities and support implementation, deployment, and stabilization of regional initiatives.
  • Act as the primary bridge between APAC business users and US-based Finance and Technology teams.
  • Analyze data and business processes to identify improvement and automation opportunities.
  • Assist with monthly and quarterly close activities by validating data integrity and process performance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Transformation Manager (Finance Systems) should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • 6-10+ years of experience in finance systems, finance transformation, business analysis, or process improvement roles.
  • Strong understanding of finance operations, accounting processes, and enterprise financial systems.
  • Experience with Power Platform, workflow automation tools, or similar low-code/no-code technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with data analysis and scripting tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, or VBA.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project delivery skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a highly matrixed global environment.
