About Our Client

Our client is a large organization within the insurance industry, known for its innovative approach to providing services. With a strong presence in Hong Kong, it supports regional operations and values efficiency in its technology infrastructure.

Job Description

  • Provide onsite IT support to end users during business hours (09:00-18:00), ensuring timely and effective issue resolution
  • Deliver remote IT support across regional offices including Taiwan, Australia, Japan, and Korea
  • Monitor and manage service tickets via ServiceNow, escalating issues when necessary
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues to minimize user disruption
  • Support and administer core systems such as Active Directory, SharePoint, and print servers
  • Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets including hardware, software, and peripherals
  • Configure, build, and reimage corporate laptops; support mobile devices (iPhone, iPad) setup and troubleshooting
  • Manage user lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers
  • Provide high-priority, dedicated IT support to VIP users
  • Collaborate closely with regional and global IT teams to ensure smooth operations and project delivery
  • Create and maintain IT documentation and knowledge base articles to improve support efficiency
  • Set up and troubleshoot video conferencing solutions (e.g., Webex, MS Teams, Cisco, Logitech Meetup)
  • Administer Cisco VoIP phone systems and handle desk phone configurations
  • Support Windows 11 and Mac operating systems
  • Manage procurement and purchasing of IT equipment based on business needs

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-10 years of experience in IT support, preferably with regional exposure
  • Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
  • Strong proactive attitude with the ability to take ownership and work independently
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality support services
  • Hands-on experience with common IT tools and environments (e.g., ServiceNow, Active Directory, SharePoint)
  • Basic knowledge of Citrix is preferred but not mandatory
