Job Description

As a Regional FP&A Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes across the region.
  • Deliver monthly management reporting, variance analysis, and actionable insights to senior management.
  • Monitor key business drivers, financial KPIs, and profitability metrics across multiple markets.
  • Develop and enhance financial models to support business planning, investment decisions, and scenario analysis.
  • Coordinate with country finance teams to ensure consistency in reporting, forecasting, and financial controls.
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance FP&A efficiency and reporting quality.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and reporting requirements.
  • Participate in regional projects, system implementations, and business transformation initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional FP&A Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA or equivalent preferred.
  • 8-12 years of progressive experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or corporate finance within multinational companies.
  • Regional APAC experience and exposure to multi-country operations preferred.
  • Strong financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering skills.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing business decisions.
  • Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with ERP and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, OneStream, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
