This individual contributor role, reporting directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition, supports recruitment for corporate functions including technology positions, such as cybersecurity, infrastructure, and data roles. This is a key part of the role hence candidates must have prior experience recruiting in this specialism. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders to understand evolving hiring priorities, proactively identify and engage top talent across multiple channels, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process. In addition, you will conduct market research, talent mapping, and competitive benchmarking, providing the C&B team with up‑to‑date salary insights to support informed workforce planning and compensation decisions. You will also analyze recruitment data to drive continuous improvement, stay informed on market trends and best practices, and collaborate with HR and leadership teams to ensure recruitment strategies align seamlessly with broader business objectives.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will be Degree qualified with a minimum of 8 years hands on recruitment experience in corporate level recruitment , preferably with strength in handling technology related roles. You should bring proven experience in talent acquisition with a strong corporate hiring background, includingessentialhands‑on IT recruitment exposure. Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is required for effectively partnering with stakeholders across regions. The role demands solid knowledge of modern recruitment strategies, tools, and best practices, along with the ability to manage multiple searches inafast‑paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are critical for engaging candidates and influencing hiring leaders. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is preferred, as is experience working with HR technology platforms. The ideal candidate willberesults‑driven,goal‑oriented, and capable of driving efficient,high‑quality hiring outcomes.
