As a Quality Assurance Analyst (OTC) in the Post Trade Business Implementation & Analytics team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality technology solutions for the financial services industry. This position involves working closely with stakeholders to support quality assurance processes and enhance post-trade operations.

Job Description

  • Analyse user requirements and convert them into detailed test cases and scenarios
  • Plan and execute UAT cycles within tight delivery timelines
  • Prepare and maintain test scripts, documenting execution results and defects
  • Track issues systematically and coordinate with IT teams for resolution and re-testing
  • Maintain clear records of problem logs and testing progress
  • Support project delivery by ensuring quality assurance milestones are met
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across business and technology
  • Contribute to system enhancement and implementation initiatives

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Risk Management, Mathematics, Engineering or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in UAT / QA within financial services
  • Hands-on experience in medium to large-scale project testing
  • Exposure to OTC products or post-trade workflows is an advantage
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA and Confluence
  • Strong Excel skills (VBA preferred) with knowledge of Python/SQL as a plus
  • Good communication skills with ability to work across stakeholders
  • Proactive, detail-minded and able to work under pressure
  • Strong ownership and teamwork mindset
