Job Description

  • Develop and execute robust test cases and scripts to ensure software quality.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive test documentation-including plans, estimates, schedules, and reports-aligned with project timelines.
  • Design and implement quality assurance frameworks, leveraging AI-powered automation tools such as Copilot.
  • Provide expert QA support to application development, maintenance, and support teams.
  • Validate vendor deliverables to ensure compliance with client standards and quality benchmarks.
  • Enhance testing efficiency and coverage through automation using Python, UiPath, and other relevant tools.
  • Track and manage defects using platforms like Jira, collaborating with development teams to verify fixes and ensure resolution.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software, system, or infrastructure testing, preferably within cloud environments.
  • At least 2 years of experience in quality assurance or process improvement roles, ideally in enterprise settings.
  • Strong command of QA methodologies and process optimization techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with QA tools (e.g., QMS systems, TestRail, UiPath) and defect tracking systems (e.g., Jira).
  • Proficiency in Python, UiPath, and AI-driven tools like Copilot is highly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of non-functional testing areas such as security, resilience, and infrastructure validation.
