Job Description

As a Project Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:Project Delivery & Governance

  • Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met.
  • Maintain project documentation, reporting, risk tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders for smooth delivery.

Technical Leadership

  • Provide technical guidance in project discussions and decision-making.
  • Lead design, deployment, and enhancement of Digital Workplace/EUS solutions.
  • Recommend solutions across Windows OS, Active Directory/Azure AD, Intune/MDM, Microsoft 365, and endpoint technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with security, governance, and enterprise standards.

Operations & Vendor Management

  • Manage and oversee vendors supporting technology delivery and operations.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and facilities teams for implementation.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the key liaison across IT, business users, vendors, and leadership.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and technical impacts effectively.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Specialist should have:Technical

  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory/Azure AD, Intune, MDM, and Microsoft 365.
  • Understanding of network and server fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom; Teams Rooms is a plus).
  • Knowledge of security, compliance, and governance practices.

Project & Soft Skills

  • Proven project management experience with multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing vendors and working cross-functionally.
  • Hands-on experience in office relocation / workplace technology setup.
  • Self-driven, organized, and quality-focused.

Preferred

  • Experience in banking or insurance environments.
  • Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VLANs, firewalls).
  • Exposure to Digital Workplace transformation programs.
  • Immediate availability preferred.
