Job Description

Program & Project Leadership

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of two concurrent data center programs in Singapore and Hong Kong, from planning through operational readiness.
  • Develop and manage program schedules, milestones, budgets, dependencies, and key deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Infrastructure, Network, Security, Operations, Procurement, and external vendors.
  • Establish program governance, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications.
  • Drive issue resolution, risk mitigation, and decision-making across multiple workstreams.



Data Center Relocation & Migration

  • Lead hands-on planning and execution of data center relocation and migration activities.
  • Assess existing infrastructure environments and develop migration strategies for servers, storage, network, and supporting systems.
  • Create and manage migration runbooks, cutover plans, rollback procedures, and business continuity measures.
  • Coordinate physical equipment relocation, deployment sequencing, logistics, and operational readiness activities.
  • Oversee migration execution, validation, and post-migration stabilization while minimizing business disruption.
  • Manage infrastructure capacity planning, asset tracking, and migration-related dependencies across multiple sites.



Financial & Vendor Management

  • Manage multi-million-dollar CAPEX budgets, forecasts, and cost control initiatives.
  • Track project financial performance and ensure alignment with approved budgets.
  • Lead vendor engagement, contract negotiations, and service delivery management.
  • Support procurement activities for infrastructure, services, and migration-related requirements.



Risk, Compliance & Stakeholder Management

  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with infrastructure migration, relocation, scheduling, and operational readiness.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, corporate policies, and industry best practices.
  • Act as the primary liaison between senior leadership, business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and external partners.
  • Deliver clear and concise status updates, executive reports, and risk assessments.

The Successful Applicant

  • 8-12+ years of program or project management experience within data center, infrastructure, cloud, or mission-critical environments.
  • Proven hands-on experience leading large-scale data center relocation, migration, consolidation, or expansion projects.
  • Demonstrated experience planning and executing physical migration of servers, storage, network equipment, and supporting infrastructure between data center environments.
  • Strong understanding of data center operations, infrastructure lifecycle management, and migration methodologies.
  • Experience developing migration runbooks, cutover plans, rollback strategies, and operational readiness processes.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale infrastructure programs across multiple locations in APAC.
  • Strong financial management experience including CAPEX budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and vendor management.
  • Experience managing external vendors, system integrators, logistics providers, and colocation partners.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
