Job Description

  • Coordinate and manage the execution of initiatives under the Future Underwriting (UW) Blueprint Program, including GenAI‑powered underwriting enhancements, digital submission solutions, and distribution tool upgrades.
  • Develop, maintain, and track detailed program plans, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocations to ensure all milestones are met.
  • Serve as a key point of contact managing relationships with agencies, internal operational teams, and end‑users, ensuring alignment, transparency, and effective collaboration.
  • Work closely with internal operational, distribution, and corporate functions to drive business and operational change management efforts across assigned projects.
  • Collaborate with senior management and cross‑functional stakeholders to define program specifications, scope, and priorities in alignment with business goals.
  • Prepare and present program updates, progress reports, risks, and recommendations to senior stakeholders and governance forums.
  • Ensure timely delivery and resolution of project issues, risks, and dependencies across multiple project pillars.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager, preferably within large‑scale, cross‑functional transformation programs.
  • Strong background in the insurance industry, with solid understanding of underwriting operations, agency business, and related workflows.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline; PMI/PMP certification preferred.
  • Proven experience managing business transformation and operational efficiency initiatives in complex enterprise environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities; high attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to mentor, influence, and drive alignment across multiple teams.
  • Familiarity with insurance underwriting processes and digital transformation programs, including technology‑enabled workflow improvements.
  • Strong business acumen with proven ability to translate business needs into actionable project plans.
  • Language requirements: English and Cantonese (essential); Mandarin is an advantage.
