Job Description

  • Lead and manage daily production operations to meet business and manufacturing objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, health, safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with QA, QC and R&D teams to maintain product quality and operational excellence.
  • Oversee production facilities, equipment, cleanroom operations and warehouse activities.
  • Manage production documentation, including batch records and SOPs.
  • Support process validation, cleaning validation and manufacturing improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.



The Successful Applicant

    • Degree in Science, Food Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
    • 8 years+ experience in a production management role within pharmaceutical GMP manufacturing environments.
    • Strong understanding of GMP requirements and manufacturing operations.
    • Excellent communication, problem-solving and leadership skills.
    • Hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required
