Job Description

  1. Enterprise Product Strategy Leadership
    Define and lead the firm's enterprise-wide product strategy framework, ensuring alignment with overall business priorities across Wealth and Institutional channels.
  2. Product Prioritization & Governance
    Oversee firmwide product prioritization processes, including pipeline management, governance forums, and investment allocation decisions.
  3. End-to-End Product Development Oversight
    Lead full lifecycle product development-from concept origination through design, approval, launch, and post-launch evaluation-across investment vehicles including funds, mandates, and structured solutions.
  4. Market Intelligence & Innovation Leadership
    Serve as the firm's center of excellence for market intelligence, identifying emerging trends, competitor activity, and client needs to drive product innovation.
  5. APAC Product Expansion & Launch Execution
    Drive development and successful launch of investment strategies and vehicles across APAC markets, ensuring regulatory alignment and commercial viability.
  6. Senior Stakeholder Engagement & Influence
    Advise and influence senior leadership (e.g., CIO, CEO, business heads) through data-driven insights, strategic recommendations, and market research.
  7. Financial Modeling & Commercial Analysis
    Lead business case development, including financial modeling, revenue projections, cost analysis, and ROI assessments for new product initiatives.
  8. Cross-Functional Execution Leadership
    Partner with Legal, Compliance, Tax, Operations, Investments, and Distribution teams to ensure seamless product delivery, regulatory compliance, and operational readiness.

The Successful Applicant

  1. Experience in Asset Management (10+ Years)
    Minimum of 10 years' experience in asset management, with direct exposure to product strategy, product development, client engagement, and wealth solutions.
  2. Proven Product Development Track Record
    Demonstrated success in delivering end-to-end product launches, including investment vehicles within APAC markets.
  3. Strong Strategic & Analytical Capability
    Advanced experience in financial modeling, commercial analysis, and building materials for executive governance and decision-making forums.
  4. Executive Communication & Influence Skills
    Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and influence senior stakeholders using data, research, and strategic insights.
  5. Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration
    Strong experience managing complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders and functions, with a collaborative and consensus-driven approach.
  6. Innovation & Problem-Solving Mindset
    Proven ability to drive innovation, navigate ambiguity, and deliver outcomes in complex environments with imperfect information.
