With operations spanning Asia, Europe, the Americas, and beyond, the organisation supports hospitals worldwide through strong sales, marketing, and clinical support networks. The Asia team is based in Hong Kong and works closely with headquarters and regional business units to deliver innovation and growth across the region.

Job Description

Reporting to the regional marketing leadership, the Product Manager will be responsible for managing assigned product portfolios across Asia, ensuring strong commercial performance through effective strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Manage assigned product portfolios through active product life‑cycle management, ensuring smooth phase‑in and phase‑out across Asian markets.
  • Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies encompassing product offering, pricing, positioning, and promotion.
  • Provide product training and demonstrations to frontline teams and clinical experts.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, understand market dynamics, and formulate regional business roadmaps.
  • Assess financial performance, including profitability and viability modelling for defined portfolios and markets.
  • Act as the liaison between global headquarters and local business units on product roadmaps, gathering customer feedback for product enhancement.
  • Support regional and local launch activities, including training programs and regional initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and act as a subject matter expert for cross‑functional teams.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related disciplines; healthcare or nursing background is advantageous but not essential.
  • 2-3 years of experience in medical device marketing, ideally within peripheral interventions, cardiology, oncology, surgery, vascular, or related fields; Asia exposure is a strong advantage.
  • Candidates from the pharmaceutical industry with radiology, vascular, or cardiology product experience will also be considered.
  • Strong knowledge of product life‑cycle management, new product launches, training, campaign management, and market development.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills, with the ability to operate independently in a multicultural environment.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Asia as required by business needs.
