Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, including sourcing, tendering, evaluation, negotiation, contracting, and vendor onboarding
  • Act as the main point of contact for vendors and service providers, especially workforce-related agencies (e.g. recruitment, staffing, outsourcing firms)
  • Partner with hiring teams, HR, and business units to support workforce procurement needs
  • Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring performance, quality, and cost-effectiveness
  • Conduct vendor evaluations, due diligence, and risk assessments in line with internal governance and regulatory standards
  • Support contract management, including drafting, reviewing, and renewal processes
  • Monitor vendor performance against agreed SLAs/KPIs and drive continuous improvements
  • Ensure procurement activities adhere to internal policies and financial services regulatory requirements
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and strategic sourcing initiatives
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and reporting for audit and compliance purposes



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • 3 years of procurement experience, preferably within financial services or a regulated industry
  • Proven experience managing vendors for workforce solutions (e.g. recruitment agencies, contingent labor suppliers)
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement processes and vendor lifecycle management
  • Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with procurement systems and contract management tools
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and compliance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
