Job Description

  • Develop and implement sourcing and procurement strategies across direct and indirect spend categories.
  • Lead supplier selection, contract negotiations, and supplier relationship management to achieve cost, quality, and service objectives.
  • Drive cost-saving and value creation initiatives while ensuring supply continuity and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with manufacturing, operations, logistics, quality assurance, and commercial functions to meet business requirements.
  • Monitor market trends, commodity pricing, supplier capabilities, and supply risks to support informed decision-making.
  • Manage supplier performance through KPI tracking, business reviews, and continuous improvement programs.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance standards, and risk management requirements.
  • Support new product launches and business expansion projects through effective sourcing and supplier development.
  • Work closely with planning and supply chain teams to optimise inventory levels and improve working capital management.
  • Lead procurement process improvement and digitisation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reporting capabilities.



The Successful Applicant

  • Degree qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of procurement and sourcing experience, ideally gained within FMCG, beverage, food manufacturing, consumer goods, or related industries.
  • Strong experience in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, contract management, and vendor development.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable cost savings and procurement transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across multiple business functions.
  • Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience using ERP systems and procurement platforms.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
