Job Description

As a Private Credit and Private Equity Associate/Senior Associate, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing private credit fund operations and ensuring accurate reporting of financial data.
  • Preparing and reviewing financial statements and investor reports.
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Assisting with portfolio management and maintaining accurate records of investment activities.
  • Providing support for audits and liaising with auditors as required.
  • Conducting regular reconciliations and resolving discrepancies promptly.
  • Supporting the team in process improvements and system implementations.
  • Ensuring adherence to internal policies and procedures within the accounting and finance department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Private Credit Associate/Senior Associate should have:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles, particularly within the private credit sector.
  • Big 4 FS Audit are welcome
  • Fund Accounting experience is a must
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
