This role supports the implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion HCM, working closely with HR stakeholders to deliver effective system solutions across the employee lifecycle. It offers hands-on experience in a large-scale transformation project, including system configuration, testing, and post-implementation support within a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Job Description

  • Support the implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management).
  • Work closely with HR stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into system solutions.
  • Assist in employee lifecycle process design, including onboarding, performance management, and compensation processes.
  • Participate in system configuration, functional design, and documentation preparation.
  • Support system testing cycles, including System Integration Testing (SIT), regression testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Collaborate with technical teams on data migration, integration, and reporting requirements.
  • Support post-implementation Application Management (AM) activities and ongoing enhancements.
  • Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives within HR systems.

The Successful Applicant

  • 2-6 years of experience in Oracle HCM / HRIS / HR systems-related roles.
  • Strong functional understanding (~70-80%) of HR processes, such as:



-Core HR (employee data management & lifecycle)

-Payroll or compensation & benefits

-Talent management or performance management

  • Basic technical exposure (~20-30%), including:



-Data migration or data integration concepts

-Basic reporting tools or system configuration

  • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion HCM (preferred but not required).
  • Experience in testing cycles (SIT, UAT, regression) is a plus.
  • Exposure to system implementation or transformation projects is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
