This role supports the implementation and ongoing optimization of Oracle Fusion Finance, working closely with finance stakeholders to gather requirements, configure solutions, conduct testing, and support system users. The position offers broad exposure to finance transformation projects, covering the full ERP lifecycle from business analysis and UAT to deployment and post-go-live support.
  • Hands-on experience in a large Oracle Fusion Finance transformation project.
  • Exposure to end-to-end ERP implementation and finance process optimization.

Job Description

  • Support the Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Lead throughout the transformation project lifecycle.
  • Work closely with finance stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Facilitate discussions between end users, finance teams, and technical/project teams.
  • Assist in configuring and testing Oracle Fusion Finance modules.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), issue resolution, and defect tracking.
  • Prepare functional specifications, process flows, training materials, and user documentation.
  • Participate in workshops and help translate finance business requirements into system solutions.
  • Monitor project progress and assist with deployment and post-go-live support.
  • Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Oracle Fusion Finance users.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or related disciplines.
  • 1-3 years of experience supporting Oracle Fusion Finance projects or Oracle Fusion Finance applications.
  • Hands-on exposure to one or more Oracle Fusion Finance modules:
    • General Ledger (GL)
    • Accounts Payable (AP)
    • Accounts Receivable (AR)
    • Fixed Assets (FA)
    • Cash Management (CM)
    • Expenses
  • Good understanding of finance and accounting business processes.
  • Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, testing, or user support.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both business users and technical teams.
  • Experience in Oracle Finance transformation, ERP implementation, or system migration projects is highly preferred.
