We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Operations Officer / Assistant to join our Trade Support team. This role focuses on structured notes and derivatives trade processing, ensuring accurate execution, reconciliation, and settlement of transactions. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in financial markets are welcome to apply.

Job Description

  • Perform end-to-end trade processing for structured notes and derivatives products
  • Handle trade settlement processes and liaise with internal teams and external counterparties
  • Maintain proper transaction records and documentation in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Investigate and resolve trade discrepancies or breaks promptly
  • Conduct daily reconciliation of trades, positions, and cash balances

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree or above

1 year of relevant experience in banking or financial institutions is preferred

Basic understanding of derivatives, structured products, and financial markets is an advantage

Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

  • Fresh graduates are welcome with intern experience in banking
