Job Description

  • Support Integrated Claims and Health Solution payment project delivery
  • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements across stakeholders
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and workflows
  • Drive project execution independently, ensuring timelines are met
  • Collaborate with IT, operations, and business teams for solution delivery
  • Perform data analysis and validation using SQL where required
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users
  • Assist in UAT, issue tracking, and implementation support
  • Contribute to continuous process improvements within claims operations

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 8 years' experience as Business Analyst in financial services
  • Preferably with insurance or claims-related project exposure
  • Proven ability to lead projects independently and manage stakeholders
  • Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
  • Familiar with SQL and data analysis to support business insights
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (essential)
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments is advantageous
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Strong skills in MS Excel, Word, and documentation tools
