Our client is well-established Financial Institution. Currently, they are looking for an experience Onboarding Analyst to join their investment banking division.

Job Description

  • Support end-to-end client onboarding and KYC process
  • Collect and review client information and documents, including ownership and identification details
  • Perform required client checks, such as AML/KYC, World‑Check, Professional Investor status, CRS, and FATCA
  • Carry out name screening for new clients, periodic reviews
  • Assist with enhanced due diligence for higher‑risk or PEP clients by preparing information for review
  • Track onboarding progress and follow up on missing documents or outstanding items
  • Communicate with Front Office and clients on onboarding and KYC requirements
  • Handle client enquiries and provide onboarding support

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor degree
  • At least 2+ years of relevant experience in Financial Services in KYC/Client onboarding
  • Good understanding of regulatory compliance requirements
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in data management and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese
