Job Description

As a Leasing Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing leasing strategies to maximize occupancy rates for commercial properties.
  • Negotiating lease terms and agreements with potential tenants to align with business objectives.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to ensure seamless property operations and tenant on boarding.
  • Monitoring and analysing leasing performance metrics to achieve financial targets.
  • Managing lease renewals and terminations while minimising downtime and vacancy rates.
  • Ensuring compliance with local regulations

The Successful Applicant

A successful Leasing Manager should have:

  • over 8+ years of experience in office leasing and management.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute effective leasing strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to build tenant relationships.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple properties and tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with local regulations related to property leasing.
