Job Description

As a leasing head, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing effective leasing strategies to maximise occupancy and revenue.
  • Managing lease negotiations and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
  • Monitoring market trends and providing insights to inform leasing decisions.
  • Overseeing lease renewals and handling tenant retention strategies.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth property operations.
  • Preparing regular reports on leasing performance and market conditions.
  • Ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.

The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years of leasing experience for commercial properties.
  • Strong knowledge of leasing processes, market trends, and tenant management.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Familiarity with Hong Kong's property regulations and market dynamics.
