Job Description

This role will play a pivotal part in shaping and executing consumer marketing strategies within the Hong Kong market. You will be responsible for driving business growth, strengthening brand positioning, and leading product marketing initiatives across the full lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing long-term strategic plans and annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives and market dynamics
  • Conducting in-depth consumer and market analysis to generate insights for product positioning, pricing strategies, and innovation
  • Leading end-to-end product marketing initiatives, including portfolio management, pricing, and communication strategies
  • Driving successful go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches, including development of messaging frameworks, retail toolkits, and marketing assets
  • Collaborating with regional and global teams to tailor marketing strategies and enhance product competitiveness
  • Partnering closely with sales and trade marketing teams to align marketing initiatives with commercial targets and measure performance impact
  • Planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to build brand awareness and preference
  • Leveraging digital channels and capabilities to drive engagement, performance marketing, and data-driven decision-making
  • Monitoring and optimizing key business KPIs such as sales performance, market share, margins, and marketing ROI

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
  • 5-8 years of experience in consumer marketing, ideally within home appliance or consumer durables industries
  • Strong consumer-centric mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Proven experience in product marketing and integrated campaign management
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (including Mandarin), both written and spoken
