We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator / Marketing Executive to support our marketing initiatives and daily operations. The successful candidate will assist in the preparation and execution of marketing campaigns, coordinate communications, maintain marketing materials, and provide administrative support to the team.

Job Description

  • Assist in the preparation, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities
  • Develop, update, and maintain marketing collateral
  • Support internal and external marketing communications
  • Manage website and social media content updates
  • Coordinate with vendors, designers, printers, and other external parties
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team
  • Support procurement activities, including sourcing quotations, vendor coordination, purchase order processing, and invoice tracking
  • Monitor and maintain marketing inventory and promotional materials
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in marketing, communications, or related fields
  • Preferably in insurance, financial services, marketing, or project coordination
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
