Our client is currently looking for a Loan Operation Officer to involve in handling loan administration tasks and ensuring efficient operations in the financial services industry. The candidate should have around 3 to 5 years of working experience in loan operation field.

About Our Client

Our client is one of the top Japanese bank with focus in providing corporate banking and investment services. The department is currently looking for a Loan Operation Officer to be responsible for loan operation, draw down, transaction checking and preparation for corporate banking clients.

Job Description

  • Performing loan administration tasks, including processing and monitoring loan transactions.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements in loan operations.
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders for loan-related matters.
  • Maintaining accurate loan records and preparing necessary documentation.
  • Assisting in the reconciliation of loan accounts and resolving discrepancies.
  • Participating in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Providing support for audit and compliance reviews related to loan operations.
  • Handling ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management team.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree holder of business administration or relevant discipline
  • At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in loan operation field
  • Experience from Japan banking or FI group is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, technical skills with clear and logical manner
  • Work collaboratively with team member
  • Strong quick learning ability to understand policies, procedures, systems, process and controls
  • Excellent of written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
