Job Description

As a Leasing and Development Lead, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing student accommodation leasing operations and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Identifying and securing new leasing opportunities to support business growth.
  • Analysing market trends and providing insights to inform leasing strategies.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to align new strategies with business objectives.
  • Monitoring lease performance and implementing improvements where necessary.
  • Preparing reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Ensuring timely resolution of leasing-related issues and challenges.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in leasing, hotel guest experience or high-end membership recruitment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and market trends effectively.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
