The company is a medium-sized enterprise with a strong presence in Hong Kong.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities🔹 Learning & Development StrategyDevelop and execute the annual training calendar, covering leadership development, functional workshops, and capability-building initiativesConduct training needs analysis through stakeholder engagement and performance insightsDesign and implement competency frameworks, leadership programmes, and succession planning initiatives🔹 Digital Learning & HR SystemsDrive e-learning initiatives, including rollout, enhancement, and UAT of learning systemsWork closely with external vendors to optimise the learning platform (LMS) and explore AI-enabled learning solutionsSupport HR system project along with other HR members, including system enhancements, automation, and process improvements🔹 Talent & Leadership DevelopmentPartner with business leaders and the Talent Review Committee to identify and develop high-potential talent (HiPo)Design structured development pathways for emerging leaders and key talent groupsEmbed learning outcomes into performance management and career progression frameworks🔹 Programme Management & GovernanceManage end-to-end training programmes, including sourcing external vendors for team building, management capability training and leadership programs.Track and evaluate training effectiveness and business impact, using data-driven insightsOversee training governance, reporting, and budget utilisationThe Successful ApplicantA successful Learning & Talent Development Manager should have:Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related disciplines~10+ years of experience in Learning & Development / Training / Talent Development, preferably within financial services or structured organisationsStrong understanding of talent development strategies, with the ability to design and implement effective learning programmes aligned to business needsProven experience in:Competency framework design and leadership development programmesTraining needs analysis (TNA) and programme executionHRIS / LMS implementation, enhancement, or digital learning toolsFamiliarity with learning management systems, e-learning platforms, and digital / AI-enabled training solutionsSkills:Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to drive initiatives end-to-endExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with confidence engaging senior leadersA proactive, hands-on, and innovative mindset, comfortable operating as a standalone training lead in a lean environmentData-driven, with the ability to measure training effectiveness and translate insights into actionsWhat's on OfferCompetitive annual package: 840,000 - 1milComprehensive medical and dental coverage, including spouse benefits.This is an exciting opportunity for a professional passionate about driving talent development within the financial services industry.
