Our client is a well-known Investment Bank with global presence - they are looking for a proactive professional to support client onboarding and lifecycle management within Private Banking. This role focuses on KYC reviews, maintaining accurate client data, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Description

  • Perform trigger event and KYC reviews, including assessing CIP documents, Total Net Worth (TNW) updates, and related materials
  • Follow up with Sales on missing or inconsistent information to ensure timely completion
  • Maintain accurate client data in internal account maintenance systems
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to obtain approvals and manage escalations
  • Ensure proper record-keeping of account documentation



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience within banking or financial services
  • Prior experience in private banking, trigger event reviews, or KYC/SOW due diligence is highly desirable
  • Solid understanding of CIP/KYC documentation and processes
  • Familiarity with a range of account structures, including individuals, private holding companies (PHCs), and trusts
