Job Description

As a leasing officer, your main responsibilities will include:

    • Support the leasing team in executing leasing strategies and achieving occupancy targets across designated retail properties.
    • Source and identify prospective tenants through market intelligence, networking, and direct canvassing.
    • Conduct lease negotiations including rental proposals, lease terms, renewals, and tenancy restructuring.
    • Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants and prospective retailers to ensure long-term partnerships.
    • Analyse market trends, retail concepts, tenant mix, and competitor activities to provide leasing recommendations.



The Successful Applicant

    • Degree holder in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines.
    • 2-5 years of leasing experience gained from shopping malls, retail portfolios, property developers, REITs, or leasing agencies.
    • Good understanding of Hong Kong retail market and current consumer trends.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
