Job Description

As a junior leasing officer, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the leasing, sale, and acquisition of commercial properties.
  • Supporting the preparation of market research, reports, and property proposals.
  • Managing and nurturing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinating property inspections and facilitating negotiations between parties.
  • Maintaining accurate property databases and ensuring timely updates.
  • Collaborating with team members to execute strategic business plans.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies.

The Successful Applicant

  • A strong interest in the property industry, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client trust.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet objectives.
  • A proactive mindset with great attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant property databases.
  • A bachelor's degree in real estate, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.
