We are seeking a high-potential IT Strategy & Transformation Manager to join the CIO Office, supporting the development and execution of enterprise IT and AI strategy.This role offers strong exposure to senior leadership and provides a unique opportunity to shape technology strategy while driving key transformation initiatives across cloud, data, and AI.
  • 1 year renewable contract, 5-8 years experience

Job Description



IT Strategy & Planning

  • Support development of IT and AI strategy, roadmaps, and business cases
  • Conduct analysis on technology trends (cloud, data, AI) and business needs
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives



Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement

  • Work closely with CIO and senior IT leadership
  • Prepare executive-level presentations (steering decks, strategy updates)
  • Support decision-making through data-driven insights



Transformation Delivery

  • Support and/or lead IT transformation initiatives across:
    • Data & analytics platforms
    • Digital workplace solutions
    • AI-enabled use cases (e.g., automation, AIOps, SDLC optimisation)
  • Track timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies



Roadmap & Performance Management

  • Maintain IT transformation roadmap and ensure alignment with strategy
  • Monitor progress, KPIs, and budgets
  • Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership review



Regional / Group Collaboration

  • Coordinate with regional/global teams on strategy alignment
  • Translate group-level frameworks into local implementation plans

The Successful Applicant



Experience

  • 5-8 years of experience in:
    • IT strategy / digital transformation / technology consulting, OR
    • PMO / transformation roles in large organisations
  • Experience working on enterprise technology initiatives
  • Financial services or insurance experience is an advantage



Skills & Knowledge

  • Understanding of:
    • Cloud, data & analytics, and AI/automation
    • IT governance and project lifecycle
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent PowerPoint and stakeholder communication skills



Language

  • Fluent in English and Cantonese
  • Conversational Mandarin is a plus
