Job Description

  • Partner with clients to understand their IT hiring needs, job requirements, and business goals
  • Source, identify, and engage high-quality IT talent through job platforms, networking, and proactive search
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including interviews, offer negotiation, and placement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients
  • Provide market insights and hiring recommendations to clients
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and pipeline updates
  • Support team initiatives and contribute to business development activities



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Fresh graduates or junior candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
  • Strong interest in IT, technology trends, or talent acquisition
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
