Job Description

As an IT Support professional, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing first-line technical support to internal users and resolving IT-related issues promptly.
  • Assisting with hardware and software installations, configurations, and upgrades.
  • Monitoring and maintaining the organization's IT systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Documenting technical issues and solutions to maintain an updated knowledge base.
  • Collaborating with the technology department to support ongoing projects and initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Support professional should have:

  • A diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of Windows 11 Enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications including Teams, OneDrive, and Edge Browser.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills for Wi-Fi connectivity and network access.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory for user account management.
  • Understanding of print services and common printing issues.
  • Experience supporting Teams Phone and related telephony services.
