As an IT Delivery Manager (SaaS Platform) in the retail industry, you will lead technology-driven initiatives to ensure the successful delivery of software solutions. This temporary role is based in Sha Tin and focuses on driving operational excellence within a fast-paced environment.

Job Description



  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and assess the feasibility of proposed solutions


  • Lead and manage vendors to ensure high-quality delivery of application projects across all phases: development, quality assurance, user acceptance testing (UAT), production launch, and ongoing maintenance


  • Provide technical support to end-users by troubleshooting issues, resolving system errors, and ensuring smooth, uninterrupted application operations


  • Maintain comprehensive documentation including user manuals, technical specifications, and standard operating procedures; conduct training sessions to educate users on application usage and best practices


  • Ensure all applications comply with relevant security standards and regulations; assist in implementing security measures, conducting audits, and performing risk assessments


  • Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals in application management, fostering growth and performance



The Successful Applicant



  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related disciplines


  • Minimum 8 years of experience with a strong track record in IT application development, project delivery, and vendor management


  • Experience in property management or property development is an advantage


  • Proven ability to lead and manage IT application teams and external service providers


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of application life cycles


  • Business-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across teams and business units to deliver effective solutions


  • Familiarity with major SaaS platforms such as CRM, HRMS, ERP, PMS, and FMS


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
