Our client is a reputable organization within the FMCG industry. The company is a large organization with a significant presence in the Asia Pacific region, offering innovative solutions and products to its customers.

Job Description

  • Support the project team by maintaining project plans, budgets, and schedules
  • Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders and prepare minutes
  • Prepare presentations, status reports, and project documentation
  • Assist with procurement activities and vendor coordination
  • Act as a key contact point to communicate with end users
  • Handle daily administrative and coordination tasks for IT projects
  • Ensure smooth information flow across project stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

  • Diploma or Degree holder with solid project administration experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or administrative roles
  • Exposure to IT infrastructure or technical environments is an advantage
  • Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Well-organised, able to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Capable of working independently with a proactive mindset
  • Willingness to learn and develop IT-related knowledge
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
