Our client is a professional organization undertaking business and technology transformation initiatives. The team works closely with multiple stakeholders to deliver process improvements and system enhancements across the business.

Job Description

  • Build and sustain effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between business teams and technology teams to ensure clear and efficient communication.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain alignment with project objectives.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements into clear functional specifications.
  • Work closely with developers, testers, and project stakeholders to ensure requirements are delivered accurately.
  • Evaluate current business processes and identify opportunities for enhancement and optimization.
  • Propose technology-driven solutions to improve business operations and efficiency.
  • Support change management activities and help stakeholders adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Participate in project planning, progress monitoring, and status reporting activities.
  • Assist in identifying project risks and contribute to mitigation planning.
  • Support the successful delivery of project milestones while maintaining quality standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an IT Business Analyst role.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing stakeholders across multiple business functions.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall project methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and Microsoft Office applications.
