Job Description

  • Own and execute a best-in-class investor relations strategy aligned with the company's global growth and capital markets objectives
  • Drive proactive, high-impact engagement with global investors, analysts, and regulatory stakeholders
  • Lead and strengthen relationships with sell-side analysts and key capital market participants to enhance coverage and market understanding
  • Develop compelling IR materials, including investor presentations, earnings content, and strategic messaging that clearly articulates the company's value proposition
  • Plan and execute investor outreach initiatives, including roadshows, investor meetings, conferences, and capital markets events
  • Actively monitor and interpret market dynamics, investor sentiment, and industry trends, translating insights into actionable recommendations for management
  • Partner cross-functionally with finance, strategy, and leadership teams to ensure alignment of messaging and disclosure

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in Investor Relations, ideally within a listed company; investment banking or finance background strongly preferred
  • Strong command of listing rules, disclosure requirements, and capital markets expectations
  • Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and influence relationships with institutional investors and analysts
  • Confident, high-impact communicator with the ability to lead discussions and challenge stakeholders across all levels-internally and externally
  • Proactive, fast-paced, and execution-driven, with the ability to take ownership and deliver results in a dynamic environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Bloomberg
