Job Description

As a Business Support and Sales Support professional, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Provide comprehensive business and sales support to the Alternative Sales team.
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials, client presentations, due diligence materials, and market updates.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure accurate client records, activity tracking, and pipeline management.
  • Coordinate client meetings, roadshows, conference calls, and investor events.
  • Provide high-level support to senior management and sales leadership, including C-suite stakeholders.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and expense management.
  • Prepare briefing materials and presentation decks for senior management engagements, client meetings, and industry conferences.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Support and Sales Support professional should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales support, business management, executive support, client servicing, or related functions within alternatives.
  • Strong understanding of private markets.
  • Proven ability of excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills with the ability to interact confidently with senior executives and external clients.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills are essential; experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.) is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Cantonese and Mandarin would be an advantage.
