Job Description

As an Intern, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting in sourcing and screening candidates for technology-related roles.
  • Supporting the recruitment consultants in managing candidate relationships.
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential talent pools.
  • Updating and maintaining the recruitment database with accurate information.
  • Coordinating interviews and gathering feedback from candidates and clients.
  • Preparing job descriptions and advertisements for various roles.
  • Participating in meetings and discussions to understand client needs and market trends.
  • Providing administrative support to the recruitment teams.

The Successful Applicant

We're open to a variety of backgrounds, including:

  • An interest in recruitment and the business services industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese is a must
