Job Description

    • Support theend‑to‑end payroll process, including salary calculations, allowances, bonuses, and statutory contributions.
    • Ensure payroll activities comply with local labour regulations, tax requirements, and internal policies.
    • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including contract preparation and maintaining employee records.
    • Manage employee benefits, attendance tracking, and leave administration with accuracy and consistency.
    • Provide day‑to‑day HR support, including HRIS updates, report preparation, and handling employee enquiries.
    • Liaise with Finance and external partners such as banks and insurers on payroll‑related matters.
    • Support periodic HR reporting and assist with audit preparation as required.



The Successful Applicant

  • A strong understanding of HR operations and policies, especially within the retail industry.
  • 1+ years of relevant HR experience within the compensation and benefits function
  • Proficiency in HR systems and tools, with attention to detail in data management.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to handle diverse HR tasks.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Relevant academic qualifications in human resources or a related field.
