Job Description

As a Workday Global Process HRIS Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the global implementation and maintenance of Workday HRIS systems.
  • Developing and optimizing HR processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Providing strategic insights and recommendations for HRIS improvements.
  • Ensuring compliance with global HR regulations and company policies.
  • Leading training sessions and supporting end-users in Workday functionalities.
  • Monitoring system performance and resolving technical issues promptly.
  • Documenting processes and maintaining system-related records effectively.
