Job Description

The HR Operations Manager is a key part in delivering effective HR operations and enhancing the overall employee experience across the organisation. Leading a small team, you will oversee end‑to‑end HR operational support across the employment lifecycle, ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely delivery for a large and diverse employee population across different businesses. A strong focus will be placed on maintaining data accuracy within HR systems, supporting informed decision‑making and operational efficiency.You will contribute actively to the organisation's HR transformation agenda, providing new ideas to drive process efficiency and participate in system migrations projects. The role also serves as a central point of support and guidance for employee enquiries, helping individuals navigate HR matters through clear advice and access to the right tools and resources.You will play an impactful role in driving continuous improvement initiatives, strengthening service delivery, and ensuring HR operations remain compliant with local labour regulations and internal controls.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder in Human Resources or Business related disciplines
  • Min. 10 years' of in-depth experience in HR operations or shared services environments within large organisations
  • Well-versed in HR systems and platforms, with experience using HRIS such as Workday is considered an advantage
  • Strong working knowledge of Hong Kong employment legislation and regulatory requirements
  • Detail‑focused and accountable, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast‑paced, matrix‑driven environment
  • Switched-on, agile and motivated to support change initiatives, demonstrating resilience, adaptability, and a willingness to learn
  • Open and collaborative working style, supported by strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in directly leading/managing a team is required
  • Fluent written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
