Job Description

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will play a key role in shaping the organisation's people capability across Hong Kong and multiple international markets. Reporting to the HR Director, you will lead both Talent Development and Recruitment activities, with a mandate to strengthen leadership pipelines, enhance people development frameworks, and support strategic hiring needs globally. You will design and deliver training programs, drive high‑potential initiatives for junior and mid‑management talent, and bring structure to existing competency and development documents by transforming them into actionable programs. On the recruitment front, you will manage regional hiring for corporate and managerial positions across multiple countries, partnering closely with the Head of HR to ensure hiring quality and consistency. The role requires strong stakeholder management, hands‑on problem solving, and the ability to operate in environments where HR processes are still maturing. You will work with local HR teams, monitor compliance, support global expansion, and occasionally travel overseas to provide oversight in markets that require stronger governance. This is a newly enhanced regional role ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of training delivery, talent management, and strategic recruitment in a fast‑growing, multicultural organisation.

The Successful Applicant

A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required with a minimum of 10-12 yrs of working experience across Learning, Talent Development and Recruitment. You will bring strong experience in both Talent Development and Recruitment within an MNC or manufacturing‑driven environment, with the ability to operate confidently across diverse cultures and geographies. You should have hands‑on experience designing and delivering training programs, supporting high‑potential development initiatives, and implementing competency‑based frameworks. A solid background in corporate recruitment is essential, including managing managerial and senior‑level hiring across regional markets. Strong stakeholder management skills are required, as the role involves partnering with senior leaders, coordinating with overseas HR teams, and ensuring governance in markets where HR processes are still evolving. The position requires someone highly adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable working in environments with limited existing structure. Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin are essential, with Cantonese preferred. The role also requires willingness to travel internationally to provide on‑site HR oversight and support, and candidates should demonstrate maturity, resilience, and a hands‑on approach to problem solving.

  • Work in a supportive and collaborative environment.
  • Opportunity to play a regional role in an expanding firm.
