Job Description



  • Lead Offshore VIP & HNW Client Team
    Build, manage, and scale a high-performing offshore team dedicated to servicing VIP and high-net-worth (HNW) clients across global markets.


  • Develop VIP Client Acquisition & Retention Strategy
    Design and execute strategies to attract, onboard, and retain institutional VIPs and HNW individuals across both crypto and traditional investment segments.


  • Drive Cross-Asset Investment Solutions
    Promote and structure investment opportunities spanning cryptocurrencies, Real World Assets (RWA), equities, fixed income, and structured products.


  • Leverage Strategic Client Relationships
    Utilize existing networks and cultivate new relationships with VIP/HNW clients, family offices, asset managers, and private banks to drive AUM growth.


  • Oversee End-to-End VIP Client Experience
    Ensure premium, tailored services including onboarding, trading support, wealth advisory, and post-trade engagement.


  • Collaborate Across Product & Trading Teams
    Work closely with internal teams to develop bespoke trading, lending, staking, and RWA tokenization products tailored to VIP clients.


  • Monitor Market Trends & Identify Opportunities
    Stay ahead of developments in Web3, tokenized assets, and traditional financial markets to identify new revenue streams and client offerings.


  • Ensure Compliance & Risk Management
    Maintain adherence to regulatory requirements and ensure proper KYC/AML processes for VIP clients across jurisdictions.



The Successful Applicant



  • Extensive Experience with VIP & HNW Clients
    Proven track record managing and growing relationships with high-value clients in crypto exchanges, private banking, or wealth management.


  • Strong Knowledge Across Crypto & Traditional Finance
    Deep understanding of Web3, cryptocurrencies, RWA, as well as equities, fixed income, and structured financial products.


  • Established Network of VIP/HNW Investors
    Solid connections with affluent individuals, family offices, and institutional investors actively investing in both digital assets and traditional markets.


  • Leadership & Team Management Skills
    Demonstrated ability to lead offshore teams, drive performance, and manage cross-functional collaboration in a global environment.


  • Strategic & Commercial Mindset
    Ability to identify market opportunities, structure complex investment solutions, and drive revenue growth in a competitive crypto landscape.
