Our client is a founder-led venture focused on building a premium brand with global potential. Combining storytelling, audience engagement and creative world-building, the business is developing a unique platform that extends beyond content into high-quality consumer products and collectibles.

As the brand enters its next stage of development, the company is seeking a Head of Product Design & Development to lead the creation of its flagship collectible product and establish the foundation for future product launches.

Job Description

  • Lead the development of premium collectibles from concept through to production and launch.
  • Translate artwork, creative assets and brand vision into compelling physical products.
  • Define product specifications, packaging standards and collector experience.
  • Source and manage external partners across design, prototyping, manufacturing and logistics.
  • Oversee product sampling, quality control and production readiness.
  • Ensure products meet premium standards in design, craftsmanship and presentation.
  • Establish scalable product development processes to support future launches and line extensions.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor Degree holder
  • 10+ years of experience in product design, product development manufacturing.
  • Proven track record bringing premium collectibles, designer toys, figures, statues, or licensed products.
  • Experience managing the full product lifecycle from concept to finished packaged product.
  • Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes and quality standards.
  • Experience working with APAC and China-based manufacturing partners.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required.
