We are looking for an experienced delivery leader to lead our service delivery organization and ensure exceptional outcomes for our clients.

Job Description

As a Head of Delivery, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and manage a team of professionals, including Project Managers and Technical Engineers.
  • Oversee the delivery of ITSM, ITOM, and AIOps projects and managed services.
  • Ensure projects and services are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
  • Manage delivery risks, issues, and escalations.
  • Establish and maintain service delivery processes aligned with ITIL best practices.
  • Monitor service performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure operational readiness and smooth transition of projects into production support.
  • Build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Conduct service reviews and project status meetings with customers.
  • Act as the senior point of contact for delivery-related matters.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and successful outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Delivery should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT service delivery, project delivery, or consulting.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing delivery teams.
  • Proven track record in ITSM, ITOM, or AIOps delivery.
  • Strong experience with ITIL-based service management practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers.
